Benchmarking
BENCHMARKING IN AUTOMOBILES
INTRODUCTION:
Benchmarking is the practice of comparing business processes and performance metrics to industry bests and best practices from other companies. Dimensions typically measured are quality, time and cost.
Benchmarking is used to measure performance using specific indicator (cost per unit of measure, productivity per unit of measure, cycle time of x per unit of measure or defects per unit of measure) resulting in a metric of performance that is then compared to others.
This then allows organizations to develop plans on how to make improvements or adapt specific best practices, usually with the aim of increasing some aspect of performance. Benchmarking may be a one-off event, but is often treated as a continuous process in which organizations continually seek to improve their practices.

CONCLUSION:
I would like select TATA ALTROZ for Mr. D.S. PUGHAZHYENTHII, because of he is having a Five Members in a family. Including his old parents and 5 – year old child. So, he needs the safety car first, in TATA ALTROZ is having five stat rating safety Test.
And He is fond of big car, In Tata altroz is having dimensions of 3,990 mm L x 1,755 mm W x 1,523 mm H. It is convenient for five members family.
Tata altroz is good mileage car for it is segment. But Maruti swift is best mileage for 5 seat Car. But he is interested big car, Maruti Suzuki swift car is small car.
ISOFIX child seat anchor is required for his son to sitting comfortably in seat. Altroz good mileage car for he visits is native place monthly once even this car is also used to company purpose. So, I thought TATA ALTROZ is best for all aspects of the family car.
You think why can’t select the Maruti Suzuki baleno, because of altroz is rating five Star for safest car in India. But baleno is recently rated in zero for safest car in India.
That why I can’t select the baleno and go for altroz, there are multiple features are included to the Altroz voice controller, seat belt alarm, door open alarm, Stylish looking and Great stability driving in India road condition.
