TITLE : METAL BRACKET
OBJECTIVE : To Create a metal bracket using sheetmetal features.
DESIGN APPROACH :
- Created a sketch of required shape and size and then with the help of contour flange created a 158mm width flange.
- Used Normal cutout to trim unnecessary parts.
- Unbend the bend portion for the cutout purpose.
- After cutout,rebend the bend and with the help of break corner given the fillets to the corners.
- Used advanced flange to create flange.
- Then unbend the bend portion to add holes of required shape and size.
- Again rebend the flatten portion to add the gussets on the bend area to strengthen the part.
