Project Title :-

Objective :-

• By using NX12, creating shapes, angles which difficult in advanced sheet metal
• Manipulates how to use the features

Introduction :-

• In this technique , learns about to create the part 3D modeling by using tools and also drafting to 2D drawing

Design Methodology :-

• Modeling of bracket design, in Advanced sheet metal [NX]

1.Create contour flange

   Draw the sketch in respective planes and contour it to create a solid body

  

2. Norml Cutout

   Remove the solid profiles to became defined bracket

3. Bend / Unbend & Re-bend

    Using this features draw the profile line and unbend the bracket

4. Advanced flange

   Adds flange along the edge using the reference face or bend angle

5. Creates perpendicular beam between the anged profile

      

6. Flat pattern

7. Drafting

• Based on the above methodology, we can create atje metal bracket by using this tools and techniques
