Project Title :-

Objective :-

By using solid works 2020, created a number of mating parts in appropriate dimensions to build the chopper assembly.
Manipulates how to present in suitable theme, angles and photographic views.

Introduction :-

In this technique , learns about to create the part 3D modeling by using vast tools and also rendering to figure out the
modeling in proper manner.
Sketch up the individual parts and eventually assembled together in selective planes.

Design Methodology :-

To build the American Chopper, firs of all draw the mating parts in individual specified dimensions as unique data files

Chopper Assembly :-

After completion of individual parts, open the new file in assembly option
Simultaneously open the individual parts
By using insert components, merge the mating parts together in respective plane.

Rendering:-

It is the tool to transform the object in required environment & photo realistic

- Color the each parts in required aspects with reference to the material [rubber, fabric, plastic & chrome parts]

- Choose the environment / background to be in realistic

- After setting the parameters, we render the file in respective resolution [refer below imges FYR]

Conclusion :-

To Sum up, based on the above methodology, we can build the chopper assembly and also by using this tools and techniques, we can sketch the new components and modeling the same in appropriate dimensions. Which results fascinating the customers/clients in the respective industries.
