Advanced Sheet Metal Design Using NX Cad Challenge_6_Bracket
TITLE : BRACKET
OBJECTIVE : To create a bracket using sheetmetal application.
DESIGN APPROACH :
- Using contour flange command created a flange of thickness 3mm.
- Then using Normal cutout command cut the not required part.
- Then used break corner command for to give fillet to the edges for safety purpose.
- Then unbend the part for the use of bead command.
- After applying bead to the part rebend the part.
- Using Hole command create the holes on the correct dimensions.
- After completing the part, created the drafting of the part.
