OBJECTIVE:- To Be Design a Odd Shape Enclosure By Using a NX-CAD With The Proper Assumptions of Manufacturing.

INTRODUCTION:- In this report we learn how we design a odd shape enclosure by using NX CAD. with the help of nx cad .we can creat 3D model With the proper assuption of manufacturing of sheetmetal product.we can calculate flat length , bend angle bend, bend radius etc In this project we will learn the the workflow procedure of odd shape enclosure.

DESIGN METHODOLOGY:-

DESCRIPTION:-

STEP.1 First we creat the sketch as per the given dimensions.

STEP.2:-Then creat a solid body by the extrude command

STEP.3:-Then it convert into the shetmetal body by the using command of convert to sheet metal .

STEP.4:-Then creat flange, jog on alternative side.

STEP.:-Use the in unbend command and creat a bead .

S TEP :- Add the more freature on the flatten pattern

CONCLUSION:-We learn the designing of odd shap enclosure and aslo we learn various NX cad command OF Sheetmetal module.
