Advanced Sheet Metal Design Using NX Cad Challenge_1_Casing Design
Title : Casing Design
Objective : Create modeling and drafting of casing in sheetmetal using nx-cad.
Design Approach :
- Checked Sheet-Metal thickness of the casing part.
- Create required shape of plate using TAB command.
- Add Sheet-Metal cutout.
- Bend the part using line as a sketch.
- Added flanges to the part.
- Used breaking corner for safe handling.
- Added holes, Dimple and bead of required shape and size.
- At last created drafting of casing part.
