DESIGN METHODOLOGY

DESCRIPTION

to make the sheet metal casing design these comand are used

TAB: it is used to creat the base part

Normal cutout :this command is used to cut the sheet metal parts

Bending : this command is used to bend the sheet metals

Flang :it is used to creat the flanges on any direction

Break corners

in this method is used to blend the sharp corners

Un bending : this command is used to unblend all the parts

Holes : it is used for making holes

Dimple :this command is used to creat the emboss in the metal sheet

Bead : this command is similar to the dimple command

REBEND : This is used to fold the sheet metal parts again
