Odd Shaped enclosure

Creating Odd shapes for sheet metal from a solid body by using NX feature Sheet metal from solid. the different features I used in this sheet metal design are extrude, convert to sheet metal, flange, jog, bead, hole, unbend, rebend, flat pattern.

workflow:

• Select the plane and sketch the drawing with the required dimensions.
• Extrude the sketch.
• Wrap the Extruded solid body with sheet metal by using convert to sheet metal feature.
• Add some features like flange and jog.
• Unbend the sheet metal by using an unbend feature.
• Add bead and hole feature to unbend sheet metal.
• Rebend the unbent sheet metal by using rebend.
• Create a detailed drawing or draft by using a flat pattern feature.
