Modelling and simulation of flow through a flowbench
*************************** REMARKS ************************
Explain the results in a detailed manner.

- Grid Dependency Test:-In grid dependency test three different mannual global mesh is used as given in table
| Case-1 | Case-2 | Case-3 | |
| Nx | 30 | 60 | 120 |
| Ny | 30 | 60 | 120 |
| Nz | 12 | 24 | 48 |
- For Case-1 Velocity Cut Plot:-
2. For Case-2 Velocity Cut Plot:-
3. For Case-3 Velocity Cut Plot:-
- Conclusion
Comparing the above three figures,we can see the third case shows a better results in terms of velocity variation,So third case is chossen for further analysis.
Effect of valve lift on mass flow rate
| VALVE-LIFT(in m) | MASS FLOW RATE |
| 0.001 | -0.17505 |
| 0.002 | - 0.31334 |
| 0.003 | -0.45402 |
| 0.004 | -0.5931 |
| 0.005 | -0.71367 |
| 0.006 | -0.83103 |
| 0.007 | -0.90207 |
| 0.008 | -0.96003 |
* negative sign shows that mass is leaving from the system
