Steps/ Features involved in Designing the Chasis of an American Chopper:

1. Initially, 2D sketches were drawn based on the Reference Blue Print of the American Chopper.

2. Extrude feature was used to create plate sections of the chassis.

3. Sweep Feature was used to design the chassis cylindrical structures of the chassis.

4. Projected Curve feature was used to create the sweep paths of the complex geometries.

5. Extrude cut feature was used to cut the extra portions of the extruded bodies.

6. Revolve/ Revolve cut functions were used to create the cylindrical geometries/ and to cut out unwanted portions from the revolved parts.

7. Other features used include Mirror, Dome, Fillet, & Chamfer viz.

Steps/ Features involved in Designing the Engine of an American Chopper:

1. Initially, 2D sketches were drawn and then the Extruded feature is used to create each part of the engine like a sprocket, engine cylinder viz.

2. Chamfer feature was used to create the tapering design of the Two Engine Cylinders.

3. The Sweep, Projected Curve (to create the complex path for the sweep), Split, Extrude Cut, & Revolve Features were used to create the Air Filter & the Exhaust manifold.

4. The Linear Pattern and the Circular Pattern were used to design the cutout sections of the row of fins on the engine cylinder and the circular cutouts for the sprocket respectively.

5. Other features used include Mirror, Dome, & Fillet.
