Design of Oil Tank Chain Pedal using Solid works

OIL TANK

the sketch is created on top plane & midplane extrude in a different part. combine features are used to get the intersecting region of the part. shell is used to create a hollow shape. filleted edges to complete it.

CHAIN

profile of chain is created in midplane (front plane), chain link is created by block extrude & fillet features is used to create a pin & plates separately curve drive pattern are used as a referance profile is selected and body is selected the part is created quarter region to get an exact profile of the chain mirror the chainplate to complete the part

PEDAL

basic extrude & revolve feature is used to create geometry from the reference of a sketch in front plane. the linear pattern is used to create multiple parts linearly, fillets, chamfer, dom to finish part completely
