Channel flow for 3 mesh sizes

Objective: The different meshes and velocity profiles obtained at steady state are attached. While the solution converges at max velocity of 1.2m/s for mesh of 2e-4, it goes upto 1.3 in the case of 1.5e-4 and 1e-4m mesh sizes.
