The cylinder has been meshed accordingly.

Element size

the element size has been set to 1 unit using;

Perimeter ----> Length ----> 1 unit.

i used the box around the cylinder to select it for setting the element size.

the distance between the nodes are checked to verify the element size.

Top panel----> Measure tool ---->nodes ----> {select a node and the adjacent node}

Meshing

then i used the mesh generasation tool to mesh.

mesh generate--->Spot mesh----> { select the tria, and reconstruction}----> create a box in the region----> {then generate mesh}

Mesh check is conducted to verify the mesh.
