AIM:

3D Creation of Ceiling, Roof, Architectural plan, Structural plan, Sectional view, Elevation view and Camera specific view for a house plan using REVIT.

• Create a Ceiling from the architecture tab above the walls at the first-floor level.

Create roof above the ceiling by selecting the footprints of the ceiling. Using the adjustment toolbars appearing on-screen adjusted the roof slope to 10 degrees,and change the roof material as glass generic basic roof.

created plan views for the ground-floor level and first-floor level including all the walls, floors, and components.Separated them to architecture and structural plans in view tab

a. Architecture plan have walls, floors, and all the furniture,lighting components placed within the building
b. Structure plan have details of only walls, floors, and columns.

Using annotate toolbar, added dimensions to all the walls and floors with reference to the longitudinal and transverse grids created in the project file.

a. The architecture plan dimensions include details on where the components are placed within the buildings in relation to grids.

b. The Structure plan dimensions must include details on the position of all the walls and interior walls with reference to grids. Located all the framing components of the building with reference to a fixed point using Structural plan.

Using the elevation tab created the elevation views, looking at building from East, North, South, and West.

Produced the section cut through each room either cutting across longitudinally or in a transverse direction,from section from view tab.

SECTION AA' IS AS BELOW,it cut through from master bed room to kitchen.

SECTION BB' is as below it cut through from living room (staircase) to washroom of master bedroom.
