Wiring harness design in CATIA V5 - 3D modeling Week 4 Challenge

1. wiring harness routing in electrical workbench . making harness bundle diameters . add branches connected to dt06-2s,dt06-6s,dt06-2s,dt06-08sa In the dt06-08sa by selecting connector connection point creating midpoint on the contact face which will be normal to wire bundle insertion and create axis system with respect to the point which we have created and defining the axis direction.

switch to the electric part desgin define the part as connector in catia of termination as eight because we have eight entry points fir the wire,define connector connection point so like wise we need to define all the connector as electrically now create the electric wire harness context assembly and gemoetric bundle as a subassembly containing all the electric parameters,all connectors which are electrically defined to the geometric bundle assembly.

then the define geomteric bundle assembly as electrically to switch to electrical harness assembly workbench and drawing the sketch as dimension in input and switch to the mechanical assembly workbench position the connectors by manipulation snap smart move and compass commands,switching to electric harness assembly worlbench select multi branchable documents.

then by clicking on route defination select connectorsin between we want to create branch select the branch then give ratio and dimension for the point.
