Week 9 - Project - A pillar Design with Master Section

REPORT:

TOOLING AXIS:

I created main tooling axis using the centre of gravity to create a point in the component with the clearance. Later i created the side tooling axis for the dog house.

CLASS B AND C:

After completing the class A surface, now offset the surface for 2.5mm and create the unformed surface in the class B surface and join it. To join both class A and B surface i created class C with the sweep command and using multi section command. after finishing it i joined all the three surface into a single component and created a solid.

MASTER SECTION:

With the master section, given i extracted needed measurements and created the dog house respective to the mastersection provided.
