Week 9 - Project_1 - Door Trim Lower with Engineering Features

* Aim- To Create the Door Trim Lower Plastic component through the given Class-A surface. To begin with, the tooling axis for the given Class-A Surface should be created meeting the requirements of the draft angle and at the end perform the Draft analysis on the model.

* Given Class A surface-

- So we have a given class A Surface From that surface we have to design A plastic model.

Create the Door Trim Lower Plastic component through the given Class-A surface. To begin with, the tooling axis for the given Class-A Surface should be created meeting the requirements of the draft angle and at the end perform the Draft analysis on the model.

Create the Heat Stakes and the locators considering the design rules mentioned in the video for the door applique.

* Tooling Axis creation-

- We Have to create tooling axis on the given class A surface.

- extract A flat surface on the class A And make a point on that surface, After that create a line perpendicularl to the surface.

- Now check A draft analysis.

*Create A Class B From Given ClassA Surface.

*C surface-

- Now create a C surface To join Class A And Class B And Trimmed it togathe to make a single Surface.

- And We get A Final Plastic product With proper drat Angle.

- Now Make the model As A solid model model using close surface command.

- And Create A locators And Heat Stakes On The solid model With the Proper Fillets nd Draft Angles.

- And Now Take a draft analysis at the end.

*Expanded tree structure.

*CONCLUSION: Finally the DOOR HANDLE component has been created through the given Class-A surface, with the dog house. locators following the design rules, with the tooling axis for the given Class-A Surface, created meeting the requirements of the draft angle and at the end performing the Draft analysis on the model.
