DOOR TRIM WITH HEAT STAKES & LOCATOR:

REPORT...

1) begin with, the Referance tooling axis for the given Class-A Surface.

2) Creating centre line by using surafce

3) Creatin the B surface by extracting the given A surface.

4) Publiction of Tooling axis & Surface A.

5) By using the A surafce crating the Boundry for the component.

6) Sweeping it towards B surface to create C Surface.

9) Joning the A surface and C surafce ..

10) Then trimming the joined A&C Surface with the B surface..

11) After the switch to part workbench and creating the Closed body..

12) Taking plane as reference and creating the 4Way locator and making points for heat stakes

13) with positioned sket creating locators and heat stakes.

14) Union trim it with Door trim closed body.
