Week 9 - Project 1 - Door Trim Lower with Engineering Features
- Class A is given
- Geometrical set is created for class B
- class b is obtained using offsetting class A by 2.5mm inwards
- fillets and gaps in class b is filled using multiple extracts and extarpoltaing the surface and trimming
- class B is obtained
- class C geometrical set is created
- class C is created using multi sections and seeps
- after creating class C , class c is joined together
- class C is then joined with class A
- A+C surface then trimmed with class B
- The entire close body is obtained
- a new body is created in part body
- and close surface is used in them
- the base door trim is created
- a new geometrical set is created for 4 way locator
- 2 perpendicular lines are drawn and body is created and it is then padded with 20mm and draft an edge fillet is given
- with draft reference as base side
- the 4 wya locator is then copied ansd paste special and then it is translated
- for ribs another geometrical set is created and using neutral fiber 2 perpendicualr lines are draen and body is created and paded and then union trim is used and then removed from 4 way locator before using translatioon
- another geometrcial set is created for dog house and sketches are created and trimmed
- it is then thcik surface and given split in the base and final product is obtained
