NOTE- Please open this CAT.PART file in the your P.C as it is creating the draft analysis issue in my Catia version as it is not clearing the Draft Anlysis for the Attachment Features. Also as you can see when if i use the pointer it is showing 0.5 degree draft angle which the requirement in the above pics. Thank You
Draft Analysis Report
- Class A Surface Report
When I draft Analysis the Class A Surface along the Tooling axis then we can see that the draft is clearing at all the surface of the class A. When we take the angle 3 Degree then the all the surfae is showing in the green color which is correct .
- Draft Analysis of the Final Component
When I draft analysis the final component with the B side features then we can see that the all the surface accept some small patches are showing in red color which does not effect much as they are very small minor patches. These patches are due to the improper Class A surface as they are curved surafces. The curved surfaces crates problem mostly as in this also. Also the blue color in the class C surface is due to the vertical surface. But when we reverse the direction it shows in the green color which means it is ok.
Also About the Attachment features we can see that the color is different here also after making the draft anlge 0.5 degree. This is because the draft analysis is creating problem in my catia version but when we use the pointer we can see that the draft angle is 0.5 every where on the every attachment feature which means the draft angle is ok. Also when i sent the cat.part file for the verification the techincal support expert the draft analysis was clearing at every where. Hence the draft analysis is verified.
