Week 9 - Challenge 1 - Base Bracket Design

Process of finding Draft Analysis and Main Tooling Directions.

1. For draft analysis, first the Center of Gravity is taken for the given surface.
2. A point is obtained which is also called as C.G. point at the center.
3. Then a line is been create on the same point on C.G. point on Z-axis which denotes the Main Tooling Direction.
4. Then the compass is adjusted on the main tooling direction.
5. Then go to the Part Design and select the option draft analysis.
6. As per the variation in colour code, we can easily determine the draft analysis.
7. If the colour code shows Green, it means the part is clear and the parameters are suitable for draft analysis as per the given standards.
