Week 9 - Attachment Feature Creation (Ribs & Screw Boss) - Challenge 1

AIM : Create the rib for the Drill Handle and screw boss considering the design rules

Procedure-

1. Tooling Axis Creation.

-Draft Analysis of Class A surface.

Creating Class B surface and Class C surface.

1. Creating a Closed body of the component Door Handle.
2. Draft analysis for Door Handle Component.
3. Creating the Sketches of Ribs & Screw Boss profile as per the given guidelines.
4. Solid Profile creating for the Ribs & Screw Bosses using Thick Surface and Pad Commands. Added them to the Closed Partbody.
5. Given the Draft angle and Edge Fillet Radius to the required faces as per the Guidelines.
6. Check the parameters of Ribs & Screw Bosses as per Guidelines and standards.
7. Perform the Draft Analysis for Ribs and Screw Bosses Assembly.
