TOOLING AXIS CREATION
TOOLING AXIS:
tooling axis is used to creation of draft direction and draft direction is used to define the mold flow direction
creation of tooling axis :
step1:
SELECTION THE POINT POSISITION:
SELECTING THE POINT TO CREATING A DUMMY TOOLING AXIS THE POINT POSSITION IS VERY IMPORTENT BECAUSE WE SELECT THE WORNG POSSITION OF THE POINT WE NOT GET A PROPER TOOLING AXIS . SO WE MUST SELECT THE PROPER TOOLING AXIS ,WHO TO SELECT THE POINT?. WE SELECT THE POINT THE PORT OF THE ALL PART MUST BE VISIABLE CHANGE THE AXIS OR PLAINS TO IDENTFY THE POSITION IN THIS CHALLANGE I USE ON SURFACE COMMAND TO DRAW A ONE POINT WITH HELP OF AXIS SYSTEM .(USING EXTRACT COMMAND TO EXTRACT THE SURFACE )
step 2:
AFTER CREATING POINT DRAW ONE LINE USING POINT AND LINE OPTION THIS LINE IS KNOWN AS DUMMY TOOLING AXIS . AFTER CREATING DUMMY TOOLLING AXIS PROJECT THE INTERCTION OF THE COMPONENT TO DRA LINE USING POINT TO POINT LINE OPTION AND AFTER USING BISETING LINE OPTION TO CREATE DUMMY TOOLING AXIS .
step3:
take the inter section of the component then dra tow lines on the interction line using this line to draw bisetting line
and this bisetting line is known as tooling axis creation .
draft creation:
DRAFTING IS USED TO EJECT THE COMPONENT EASSLY FROM THE CAVITY OR CORE WE NOT USING DRAFTING IT AFFECT THE COMPONENT WHEN REMOVING FROM THE DIE SO DRAFTING IS MOST IMPARTENT.
STEP ONE 1;
GO TO CUSTOMISE VIEW PERAMETER TO SENECT MATERIAL OPTION ,AFTER SELECTING WE DO DRAFT ANALYSIS
AFTER GO TO INSERT ANNALYSIS AND SELECT THE DRAFT ANNALISIS MODE AFTER CLICKING WE GET A TWO BOXES .THEN SELECT THE COMPASS TOOL THE THEN YOU GET A NEW AXIS AND PICK THE AXIS CENTER POINT AND DRAG IT CENTER OF THE TOOLING AXIS AFTER PLACING LOCK THE COMPASS.
and select the draft direction command and click the component now we look the component cooler changing
red colours shows below the 3degee draft angle hear the draft angle is not clear 3 degree and reduse 2 degree now also not clear so i give 0.5 degree draft angle .and the 0.5 degree also create problem so i try bto reduce the draft angle 0.45 degree.
