    Roof Design

    Objective:

Purpose:The main purpose of this project is to create the roof sheet design as well as the front roof rail, rear roof rail, front arch roof, rear arch roof, roof rail intermediate and reinforcement structure, to build a solid roof.Performs curvature studies on roofs and performs performance calculations based on thermal deformation and snow load criteria to determine locations for arched roofs.Calculate the section modulus and moment of inertia of each steel bar at the center of the arched roof, front and rear roof beams, and perform tensile analysis.Description:The roof orroof is the part of a car that sits above the passenger compartment and protects the occupants from the sun, wind, rain and other external elements.When he looks at the car from the outside, he only closes the roof.But from a design point of view, it is difficult to create a design. Because you don't need to create support rails to get enough strength to support the load. Vaulted roofs are mostly anchored in flatter areas for added strength.The front roof and rear roof rails are attached to the trench area using spot welds. But the front and rear roofs and the center roof rails are held to the roof using a sealant.We don't want as much space between the roof rails and the arched roof area. Therefore, we reduce NVH issues.…

          Underbody Coating

          Objective:

UNDER-BODY COATING   Automotive underbody coatings:The underbody of a vehicle serves as an intermediary between the metal parts of the vehicle and the external environment. The underbody of the vehicle is susceptible to damage due to harsh environmental conditions. Coatings are applied to the underbody of vehicles to protect against elements such as corrosion, chemicals, moisture, water damage and underbody wear. Underbody liners provide a layer of protection for the underside of a vehicle.Most of these coatings offer chemical and corrosion resistance, as well as various other properties based on different product formulations.Protect the underbody and wheel arches from chip damage by applying an underbody coating that protects the metal from debris such as gravel, stones, salt, etc. Besides.The body paint process (automotive paint process) involves a minimum of five coats of paint, while the underbody paint process involves the first two coats of the entire paint process. Both of these layers provide lasting protection against corrosion, but damage over time requires these coatings to be renewed. Automotive aftermarket service providers typically offer these services during scheduled vehicle maintenance.Automotive underbody coatings also protect against moisture, humidity, and humid conditions that can seep into the vehicle's frame through seams or cracks in the paintwork and cause corrosion.The elasticity of the polymers used in automotive underbody liners makes them less noisy when hit by road debris compared to non-underbody liners. Thus, the vibrations of the vehicle are attenuated and reduced to a minimum.…
