Draft Analysis of Class A surface 

               

Note- These Some blue color are left as they not getting cleared in the darft analysis by choosing any tooling axis. Also I have talked to some techincsl expert regarding this he also told me that there is an issue with the class A surfce.   

Draft Analysis without B side Features

 Draft Analysis Report 

• The draft analysis report of the final surface along the main tooling axis is shown above which is without the Attachment features. 
• The draft analysis is cleared in all the directions as the blue patcvhed surface in the class B surface when moved with the pointer shows the angle more than 3 degree or little bit less than 3 degree(ex-2.9 or 2.8) which is correct as there is an symetric issue with the class A surface. 
• Also there is very-very small patched surface with red color which is ok as they are very small patches. It is due to the curved surface.

 Draft Analysis of the dog house along the Main Tooling axis for the Outer Wall

• When we Carry out the draft analysis of the dog house along with main tooling axis where we have given the draft angle as the 1.5 degree, then we can sell that the all the outer walls the showing in green color also when we use pointer on it it shows the 1.5 degree angle in it which we have given. So it is Correct or Ok. 
• We have to carry out the draft analysis seperatly for the dog house alone as when we perform draft analysis after adding it to main body then we cannot show green color as we have to take angle nearly 3 degree in it. So performed draft analysis seperatly.
   

Draft Analysis of Dog house along the Side core axis. 

We Have to define the side core axis as the inner part of the dog house cannot be cleared in the main tooling axis. So we have to define the side core axis where our side core will move so that to make the attachment feature dog house properly by following the design rules. 

The Draft angle of inside wall in the dog house is 0.5 degree which we have given. 

So we have to perfom the draft analysis Accordingly.

Draft Analysis Report-

• The Draft Analysis report in the above dog house we i tried then it shows the upper wall as red color and some patches on the cutt out at the bottom which when iused the pointer is showing the 0.5 degree angle which is ok. 
• Then I have Shared the same CAT.PART file to the techincal Support expert which when he performt he draft analysis shows all the faces in green color. 
• This Thing implies that the Cat part that in draft which ihave given is ok but the problem is with my catia version. 

Note- When u look at the photo is will show the red color patches surface on the inside walls which we analysed by using the pointer then shows the 0.5 degree draft angle which is correct hence please open the file 1st and do the draft analysis for the differnt walls in your catia version then given the marks accordingly because there is an issue with my catia v ersion draft analysis.
