Week 9 - Attachment Feature Creation - Challenge 2

Aim - To create Center Console Coin Holder and Screw Boss and Dog house and add thickness to it and generate the Draft Analysis on a solid surface final component.

Tooling Axis – tooling axis is created according to given class A surface shape and dimensions .

Draft analysis – draft analysis is done using tooling axis

B surface – B surface is created by using offsets of class A surface , and wherever offset command didn’t work multi-section surface command and fill command is used for B surface creation

C surface – Using sweep command on A surface edges C surface is created.

Final join – class A and C surface are joined together then trimmed it to B surface to get final result which was joined to get final closed joined surface.

Dog house – Base plane is extracted , on which sketch is drawn of proper dimensions. Sketch is extruded and filled to form inner surface of dog house

Then it was thickened and made into solid part , Draft the inner walls with 0.5 degrees.Now create backside contact surface by offsetting the extracted base surface to a distance in between 5 mm and Sweeped surface to a distance of 1 mmTrim the surface.

Draft analysis is done on final part of dog house
