the thickness of the component 2.5

1 create the position sketch

2 Extract the line to the hight usiging design calculation

hight is 5times the component thickness

5*2.5=12.5

3 thicknen the extract

thickness is 0.4*the thickness of the component

0.4*2.5=1

4 Draft the element

min Draft value is 0.5 deg

5 after drafting check the top thickness

min top thickness is 0.75

6 fillet the element

min fillet value is 0.25

7 After geting all design peramaters is we want other rib follow the same we have to consider the spacing calculation

spacins is y/x<3

y is the hight of the 1st rib

x gap b/w the ribs

therfore we have to calculate the gap

x=y/3

=12.5/3

=4.1

after doing all calculation and creats the ribs
