draft analysis

1.insert>analysis> draft analysis for draft analysis.

2.put compass on tooling axis

3.use colour scale to see how much degree draft donr in part

4.use analysis under the point to see how much angle a side have

tooling axis

extract the base part and create a point . then draw a line in z axis

rib design

create ribs with given standard

1. ribs height should be 5 times the thicness of part

2. rib fillet at the base should be btween .25 mm to 0.50 mm

3. ribs base thickness should be 0.4 times of part thicness

4. rib at top thicness should be 0.75 or more

5. ribs gap btween each other should be 2 times the part thickness

6. rib draft angle should have minimum 0.5 degree
