Draft Analysis:

The draft analysis is used for analysis the drafted part. In the analysis it is check that the part can be removed from core and cavity is easyly or not by using colour code. For that the drafted angle should be more then equal to 3 degree. So that the colour code set as green for more then equal to 3 degree.

Tooling Axis:-

In Molding, machine arrangement is given to open the mould along a direction which is known as Tooling axis. In other words. The mould is built from two separate halves (Core and Cavity) and tooling direction basically defines the direction of mould pulls apart. Tooling direction is known as primary direction.

Bisecting method:-

The bisection method is an approximation method to find the roots of the given equation by repeatedly dividing the interval. This method will divide the interval until the resulting interval is found, which is extremely small.
