Week 8 - Challenge 4 - Coin Holder Design
- tooling axis- first tooling axis I created with the help of normal to surface methode.
secong tooling I crated with bisecting methos what is in pink mid line. - draft analysis- I did the draft analysis for both hollow and solid surface which I created. And the draft analysis are same for both.but I think there the A surface is for educational purpose not for industry manufacture.because there are some places inside the coin holder the draft angle is approximate is zero,where it should be min 3 degree..
- bisecting tooling-At first I created the point on the base surface and then I inserted an Axis in that point.. Then I did bisection the ody in XY and ZX plan.then I creaded lines on the bisections and the bisecting those line...and finally bisecting both lines which are got from the surfaces bisections.
