draft analysis for the given surface

as we as made the given class A,B,C surfsce and trime the given surface to get the close body. draft analysis is done on the close body to get to know that it is possible to makre the part for core and cavity designe or we have to work on it for getting the correct draft . first we go in insert to click on analysis for the feature draft analysis. then we drag the corsor of cordinate on tooling axis and lock it. selecting the surface we get the draft analysis in the tooling axis direction. we get the one or 2 colure in the given case we get the two colur.

coin holder switch it is easy to make the tooling axis in the direction of the base and line we use the suface for the getting the point on the surface . by selecting intersection we have made line and the draft angle zero for the intersecting line. then by clicking on point we have made the line and extend to the require length.

coin holder b surface creation

class A surface is given as a input for the creation of the class B and C . we have made the extraction of class a base ,side wall top wall and squre block surface. After unitrim, and extrapolation we habe offset the surface and trim according to the requirements.

after creating class b surface we have heighlighted the boundary of class a surface and sweep the boundary in 90 degree to the class a surface to get the class c surface after getting class c surface we have made the joint of class a and class c surface then we have trim the class b surface in to the joint we get the close surface after converting the close surface in to the close solid we get the final product
