Week 7 Challenge - Assembly Workbench

Week chalenge 7 is basically Assembly of catproduct design by CATIA V5. In this challenge we have 2 assignments first we go through quick return mechanism

Quick return mechanism- first we need to study and understand the given dimensions of model drawing

After that create different parts in catpat using adequate method with exact dimensions

Every catpat design separately there are 5 parts in quick return mechanism after design the part we go to new project and select product.

In product design first put different designed parts and assemble them in required proper way

First arrenge then in same plane the. Fix there moving plan and position with suitable place

When every parts are assembled in a proper manner save the file in catproduct.

After catproduct use the final product to create drawing projection with 2d and proper dimensions

CV joint

Same procedure follow for cv joint also and here we have totally 5 pars and 3 orginal parts 2 parts need to be recreated or copy.

All parts are assembled as in same plane and fix their moving plane is provided. 

After catproduct both drawing and parts drawing are created using drawing with proper dimensions

First we need to study dimension and create different parts. Create new project with product design and assemble all pre prepare catpats. Assembly them in a proper manner to achieve final catproduct then create 2d drawing with proper dimensions
