AIM:
To make a rear door connections on ansa connections like cbush,link connection,other connections spot weld etc with proper design.
PROCEDURE:
*To download and open the model on ansa
*To check the geometry of the object to fix it or connect with the errors detected.
*Now given element joints are checked for the connection.
*On 'nastran' selection bolt connections are made with RBE2/TWO POINT/MORE POINT select the current holes and points hexagonal and square bolts.
*Create Pshell and save the proper parts each one.
*For making the spot weld by take current spot on the element connection with material material connections possible on element.By on TOPO/COG/SELECT/CONVERT/3D POINT/CONNECTION MANAGER/SELECT POINT/RBE3 HEXA RBE3/PRESS MIDDLE BUTTON/ENTER THE DISTANCE 20 /CREATE PSHELL MOULD/APPLY/RELEASE.
*Create where ever the spot weld are needed all connections are made.
*To make the c bush connection first of to select only glass portion select cog points bottom of the glass side make the connection select FEATCURVE/press the fe mode off then fix it with convert option to curve.Then object is made property pshell select the shell connections are with connection manager.distance made 50 and RBE3 /CBUSSH select it and apply it.
*For the other selections made one by with the saame procedure.
*Save the design.
REPORT:
Under stand the parts of the rear door connection and wthat connections made for each part of the door and properties with the ansa software.What are the possible connection for each of the elemnts are determined.
