Week- 5 - Solid meshing

AIM: To do ortho tria and tria meshing on rear mirror and to do volume meshing with certain quality parameters.

PROCEDURE: 1) Geometry checkup is done and all the error are avoided.

2)Macro length is assigned to the part.

3) Quality criteria is provided for the meshing.

4) Geometric clean is done to avoid errors in meshing

5) Meshing is done by using both tria and ortho tria mesh, For curved surfaces ortho tria and for flat sufaces tria mesh is used.

6)Errors in meshing is fixed and better mesh flow is generated.

7)Volume mesh module is used to provide solid mesh to the part.

8)Each PID is taken and tetra FEM meshing is generated.

9)Collapse value is provided and error for it is checked

LEARNING AND OUTCOMES: Obtained an idea about ortho meshing as well as volume meshing
