Week - 5 - 2D meshing for Plastic components

Objective - Mid suraface and meshing of Plastic Bottle Cap model.

Procedure - Imported the CAD model and gave topo.

2. Checked for the geometry and solved the errors.

3. Done the mid surfacing by using offset method.

4. As there was vary in thickness in all the parts so done the midsurfacing by part but PID is same for all the parts.

5. After doing mid suraface of whole model done the meshing.

6. Entering the meshing parameter and quality parameter done the meshing.

7. Done the meshing by using best command.

8. After meshing used reconstruct comand followed by smooth and meshing of model is done.

Result - Meshing done of the floor panel and obtained the quality mesh of the model.
