Week 4 Challenge

1. Tooling direction is the direction in which a mold pulls apart when making plastic parts. A mould is made up of two separate pieces, the core and the cravity, and the tooling direction is the direction in which the core pulls away from the cravity.

3. A parting line, in industrial casting of molds, is the border line between the two halves of the mold known as the core the cravity which draft direction change at here. one can check the parting line in the mould or product which divides the two half.

5. Objective

  • To create a closed product using the given Class A surface
  • And derive a proper specification tree by following proper naming and order

Head light:

Cover Lens

Cover lenses with dispersion optics have the task of deflecting, scattering or focusing the luminous flux collected by the reflector in such a way that the required light distribution, such as the cut-off line, is produced. This previous standard concept has now almost been completely replaced by non-patterned systems.

The using for Class A Surface and Class B Surface creating after closed body after creating for draft analysis red colour and green colour matching area parting line.
