Week 4 Challenge
1. Create a terrain model by different methods –
- By Text interpolation
Openroads modelling - Terrain - Additional methods - create by text interpolation - selection of filter - data point
- By ASCII
Openroads modelling - Terrain - Additional methods - create terrain model from Ascii file - (import .txt file from the survey folder) - Enter required details in File Format, Columns, Filters and Options - Finish - Fill Global Options, File Options - Import - File View
2. Edit the terrain model created
Rotate View - Dynemic View - We can see the error points - locate them in the original file - modify the file and imporate the file again in different methods (from file, 3D survey graphics, from elements, by text interpolation & from Ascii File)
3. Annotate the contours with labels
4. Change the contour interval.
