Aim:- Implement control logic of a “washing machine” using Stateflow.

Objective:- Draw a block diagram of a washing machine with different stages and in different different time interval.

procedure:- For this block diagram we need following block diagram

1. Toggle switch
2. Constant block
3. Chart
4. Scope

At first in chart block we assigned a value and a time interval in different block with an input 0 and 1 i.e 0(OFF) and 1(ON). For operation of this simulink model we need four condition i.e

1.  Power & Water supply is 0, Output is 0.
2. Power is 1 & Water is 0, Output is 0.
3. Power is 0 & Water is 1, Output is 0.
4. Power & Water supply is 1, Output is 1.

If we see in the above conditon then it says that any of the input (either power or water supply) is off then output is zero.For operation of this washing machine ,power and water supply should be 1(ON).

2.

Aim:- To Make a Simulink chart for the “Gear shift” logic.

Objective:- Draw a block diagram for gear shift logic with different speed input and to display a gear number.

Procedur:- For this gear shift simulink we need following block diagram

1. Constant
2. Chart
3. Display

At first in chart block we assign a block with different speed limit.As by changing the value of the constant block we can see the gear shift change in the display.
