Washing machine control logic

In this control logic starting state is to create two transition condition first is power supply=1 and second is water supply =1 which mean both are in on state

The next state is soaking in this state we need water and after complition of process water supply is turned off and time take in completion the process is 200 sec

After that washing state take place this is done by the water which is present in machine and time taken is sec

Now raising state in this state we need water and after 20 sec water supply is off

At last drying of clothes is done that is drying state and the time taken to do so is 50 sec after completion of process dryer turned off

Washing machine model

In this model we use stateflow chart to creat control logic for washing machine we use two switches to operate power and water supply

Lamp are used to watch power and water supply state which is on or off. the switch and lamp are connected to constant block. constant block is connected with control logic

All process parts are connected with display and display is connected with lamp to watch the process of washing machine with respect to given time

After complition of all process cycle light would appear green. we run the simulation for 450 sec

control logic for gear shift

As per the condition of gear shift we create stateflow with respect to speed at the different value of speed on which gear we are on

So for that when speed is 0 to 15 we are on gear 1

when the speed is above 15 and upto 25 we are on gear 2

above 25 and upto 40 we use gear 3 to avoide vibration

for gear 4 speed is above 40 and upto 60 and above 60 we are on gear 5

And viseversa.

For that we use speed as a input and gear as a output

Gear shift model

After completing the contol logic now we have to give some input to get better output

So for that we connect the slider gain block which gives input to the control logic.

Also display block is connected to control logic to get output on which gear we are on and for better graphical presentation lamp is conected with display block
