Week - 4

AIM: To do the mplement control logic of a “washing machine” using Stateflow

Conditions:

• If the power supply is available, the system gets activated
• If the Water supply is not available, stop the process & indicate through LED
• Soaking time should be 200s followed by Washing time of 100s.
• Then rinsing happens for next 20s & dryer runs for 50s

Procedure:

when the taking chart block we draw state flow chart see the below photo

after go to the sumilink and taking the constant,slider switch,lamp. i will conected constant block to the chart for power point and onther constant block conected to water point and the output point will be conected to display block and lamp will be conected to induction puropes. seen bellow

When the system depand on the slider switch. the switch is on the conestant block give the input is 1 and slider switch1 also on and onther constant block give 1 input and the system will be run and the display showe the output is 1 and the lamps inducate the light green.

b)If the Water supply is not available, stop the process & indicate through LED.

To do the Simulink chart for the “Gear shift” logic as per below conditions:

Speed Range(kmph) Gear

0 to 15 1

16 to 25 2

26 to 40 3

41 to 60 4

Above 61 5

we some block are using this are constant and slider gain and chart and disply. when the constant black is given to the slider gain and the slider gain output is given to chart for speed teriminal and G is the output point the output will be conected to the display. when the display showes the gear level as given statflow.
