First of all lets begin with the model which we have got from download :

now giving a topo to it so that neighbouring cons get stitched together and cleaning the error of geometry checkup one by one:

In the mesh mode at length option of perimeter make box convert perimeter and macros to 1mm for the precise result.

Now in order to have the mid surfacing of the given model we have to divide the model into there different PIDs those are:

now lets move onto the offset part we have a lots of values ,different parts have there own offset those are firstly going to get measured half of the measured values are offseted for mid plane :

Lets talk about the parts which can't be offseted just like the thread portion in it we have to take the curve middle and then we have to create a structure using coons.So doing such things taken into account we have got the mid surface:

Now move on to the quality criterion:

Now combining together Parent body and the mid surface together in the transparent mode:

Now the meshing part of midsurfacing which is achieved are as follows:

Finally Seggregate the CAD model from the FEA geomtery using the element option of Release we will get:
