CONTROLL LOGIC OF WASHING MACHINE:

The function of washine machine is simply known as electro mechanical work.

The cloth filled with water then soaking with powder. after completing rinsing the cloth made dry and finish the process.

The flow chart is nothing but we have to found number of box for complete one cycle. the box that is power supply, water supply,soaking,washing,rinsing and dryer.

We have to connect the all box with proper interval time.

The interval time is fixed according to the question.

The model of the chart has attached below. Refer the model.

SIMULINK CHART FOR GEAR SHAFT:

Make 5 box for each gear and assign the condition for each gear.

Refer the below condition,

Input<15, gear 1

Input<25,input>15 gear 2

Input<40,input>26 gear 3

Input<60,input>41 gear 4

Input>61 gear 5

Connect the each box the set the time infinite value and run the program.whine running the program we can change the input value through constant block that is connected to slider gain.
