Week - 4 - 2D meshing for Plastic components

Hello.

Plastic bottle cap modle used to do the meshing, as given part not good to go for direct geometry, so i cleaned up thorowly, created the missing, deleted and unfinished surfaces. checked for geometry cleeadup againg.

Even though it is closed volume auto mid is not possible it got some issues tried fix them to get auto mid, it taking more time, so decided to do manual mid and manual mid is generated as mesuments and mid surface geometry is cleanded & cheked. The assingned the Thickness as measured before generating mid manualy.

Then set all Quality and mesh parameters. set min element length. cheked for the min element lenght and all other things before meshing. Then meshhing is done and refined as possible and final results as follows
Quads : 8109. 96.25%

Trails : 316, 3.75%
