Geometry cleaning and generate mid surface

Open and check geometry it shows almost 57 problems need to shovel then do auto fix all

Then generate lock view for full model

Then after make mid surface by help of faces middle or offset face one by one.

And extent face to near face and connect it on correct way

For making mid surface of rib with help of faces middle because rib has not uniform thickness

For making mid surface of thread

• First make curves middle on min dia surface
• hide other surface accepts thread wall and thread curve
• project curve to thread surface
• make new surface between curve and project curve  

 For making mid surface of teeth

• Take curve middle of teeth height
• And project other side cones
• Make new surface between them
• Make center point with help of points on COG by selecting two cercal
• Copy teeth mid surface using of transform rotate and select COD point for axis

Perform TOPO for all mid surfaces

Make lock view of mid surface

Apply PID to mid surface

Then apply PID for mid surface for all thickness

For uniform thickness we take direct thickness

For variable thickness we measure thickens at variable point and take average for PID

Then check all PIDs one by one for any one part was missing or not

If any one face missing then select and add PID

I select wrong face in wrong PID

So, I select wrong face and change PID

Generate mass

After making mid surface with PID go to generate mass

First set perimeter and macro as per given

Set quality criteria as per given

Remove un wonted cones and hot point which is not require

Then apply best mess for all surfaces and remove faulty cells

By using improve mass ,split ,move greed
