Week 3 - 2D meshing for Sheet metal

Aim:- 2d meshing of given part

procedure:- first done geometry clean up of a CAD model, click on check geomerty and then solve the error manually. after executing error 100% ok then go for meshing.

before mesh need to setup a geomtry criteria as per given.

set average length

then apply best mesh

if any error shown clear that by reconstrution, swap, split, tool , smooth, move.

to do this i first delete half portion of the hood inner panel, and try to do better mesh flow only at half poring.

when al error gone then i transfrom, surface along with mesh flow by using smmetry option in to the transform option, by using 3 point mirro.

then transforn one haif surface into the other half and appy topo command to stich both surfaces together.
