Week 2 Challenge : Surface meshing on a Pressure valve

1.First of all i select check then select geometry, then execute and check all errors

2.Then select new in the faces section and correct all the errors with the help of topology cleanup

3.After that i erased all the false lines with the help of cut button in Faces.

4.Then we go to properties and make PIDs for our model.

PIDs create step.

select PIDs<new<shell property<fill name (spring, base surface, valve head, column, out lrt, inlet, and body,)

5.Then i select mesh and selected the length

perimeters : 5mm

macros : 5mm

mesh parameters

target length : 5mm

min length : 3mm

max length : 7mm

quality criteria

min length : 3mm

max length : 7mm

for spring and head valve

perimeters : 1mm

macros : 1mm

mesh parameters

target length : 1mm

min length : 0.5mm

max length : 2mm

6. After that select spot mesh and meshed the entire module step by step.
