Week 2 Bevel Gear Challenge
Grid Dependency : During the initial analysis run, the results that we receive can not be used as a final value for design considerations. The reason being the analysis computation is dependent upon the mesh size (density and quality). We need to iterate the mesh sizes to see the variation in the results (stress in one case) is not large.
The face mesh size is kept as 1.75 mm and the remaining body mesh sizes are configured with the parametric table
The results comparison with different mesh sizes are completed and attached
From the Results below mesh size 4 and 1.75 has the less difference and after 1.75 mm the stress results going to stay same.
