ANS 1 --Simulink model of Doorbell using solenoid block

Following are the blocks usedd in matlab simulation:

1.Pulse generator-- generates square waveforf at regular interval in which require amplitude,phase delay,pulse width is set.

2.Simulink ps converter-- since the pulse generator belongs to simulin and the solenoid or switch belongs to simscape,so it acts as a suitable conersion medium.

3.Scope-- displays genetrated signal after simulation.

4.Switch--to control this physical process some external means of operation us required.

5.Battery-- to power the solenoid

6.Solenoid-- acts as an electromagnet when power is supplied to it.

7.Ideal motion translational sensor-- it converts the variable measured between two mechanical nodes into an appropriate required contol signal which is proportional to velocity or signal or required input.

8.Mechanical translational reference--acts as a refernce for all mechanical nodes.

9.Electrical refernce--all elecrtical components requires a groung port

10.Solver configutaion--it specifies the parameters that a model required before simulation.
