Week -2

1) When the switch is closed the solenoid blocks receives electrical power from the battery and plunger moves from port R to port C to hit the bell and produce the sound. Using ideal Translational motion sensor physical movement of plunger is observed and physical output is converetd into simulink output model,which can be seen through scope. In order to reduce vibrations spring constant is reduced and damping value is increased.

2) The temperature is 293K which is less than 298k, so fan will remain in OFF condition for 0-10sec.

after 10 sec the fan will turn ON, as temperature reaches 300K, which is more than 298K. After 30 sen again fan turns OFF, because temperature reaches 296K, which is less than 298K.
